A high school teacher for over 15 years, she teaches Spanish Language and Literature. After several years in the corporate sector as an account manager, where she managed major clients and collaborated with international suppliers, she returned to academics, completing the two-year SISS course and launching her teaching career.
Curious and determined, she believes in the value of creative expression as a tool for free personal and collective growth. At school, she daily addresses complex issues such as bullying, inequality, and school dropout, but continues to view working with young people as a privilege.
While teaching, she discovered European project planning and saw it as a new cultural and professional opportunity. She collaborated with an agency in Spain on several projects that combined her business and educational skills, finding cultural planning a dynamic space, useful to the community and rich in perspectives.

A project manager with twenty years of experience in three complementary fields: corporate consulting for major national companies (such as IPZS, Poste Italiane, and Enel), operational management of high-profile hospitality facilities, and a constant dedication to the creation and coordination of artistic networks. Tenacious and multifaceted, able to manage complex projects, translating creative inspiration into solid and sustainable management models.
As a founding member of an association, he has conceived and coordinated national networks involving over 1,500 artists, promoting international cooperation and social innovation projects.
A SIAE-registered author and composer, with an international music education developed in London, he understands the dynamics of the creative sector from the inside, serving as a bridge between the world of artistic production and that of structured administration.
